If you’re looking for an easy treat to make with kids or grandkids to leave out for Santa to snack on, look no further. These peanut clusters are super simple, fast, and delicious. Santa will enjoy them as will the other hungry people at your house this holiday season.
Super Simple Peanut Clusters
- 1- 24 ounce package chocolate almond bark
- 1 – 20 ounce jar peanuts
Melt almond back in microwave according to directions. Be sure to melt in a dish large enough dish to hold the peanuts and give you room for mixing.
Add peanuts a little bit at a time and mix to coat with chocolate. Continue adding peanuts. You’ll be able to tell once you’ve added all the nuts that you can coat thoroughly.
Using two spoons, put dollups of mixture on wax paper to solidify. Be sure edges aren’t touching (although if they do, it’s not the end of the world). When almond bark has cooled and hardened, peel clusters off wax paper and store in sealed container (we generally use a Ziploc bag but a pretty candy or serving dish is nice).
Be sure the hungry elves at your house remember to leave Santa more than one of these delicious clusters! Great served with milk. Santa seldom leaves any crumbs when he finds these at our house.
